The relevance of the research is based on more than a year-long restrictions experienced by people Lithuania and worldwide because COVID-19 pandemic. theoretical part presents concept for bibliotherapic recommendations reading. From an interdisciplinary point view, integrates insights from domains psychology, public health, information communication literary criticism. Individuals experiencing psychological problems, delving into literature which encourages reflection humanistic values, during their in-depth reading process, can not only distract themselves stressful everyday life but also, while identifying with personages works, better conceive environment as well find new ways to solve problems. This justifies applicability bibliotherapy those who experience social exclusion pandemic.
 open survey collected data 17 experts (12 members Lithuanian Bibliotherapy Association 5 practitioners involved in projects; 4 study participants health service sector (psychotherapists); 6 representatives education sector; 7, cultural sector). A recommendatory list books passive sessions was drawn. comprises 2 topics: (1) general (2) fiction (81 total, 43% are accessible online).
